91�� 91�� Certificate: The French Ministry of National Education

91�� 91�� developed a tailor-made 91�� language test as part of a nationwide scheme to improve French school-leavers’ second-language ability. Since its launch, over 300,000 students have taken the 91�� 91�� Certificate, enabling French high school students to improve their chances in higher education and work.

Testing 91�� in a bilingual programme

In an agreement with the Comunidad de Madrid, Spain, 91�� 91�� Qualifications are being used as an external assessment of the effectiveness of the region’s bilingual programme. 91�� 91�� provide exit tests to benchmark the levels being attained by these students in all skills against the CEFR.
